We offer a 10-day exchange policy from the date deliveared for Damaged or Fautly Products Only.

To process an exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  • Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the
  • Please be sure that all items that are to be exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging intact. Items that are damaged or altered, may not be accepted.
  • If the product received is a damaged product during transit please

  • Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 3-5 business days.
  • Please allow atleast 6-8 days for the entire return process to be completed.
    You can exchange an item purchased on with the same item or another one, however all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

We do not have return or refund policy.

The only exception is for personalized items, which includes

  • Personalized T-shirts
  • Personalized Phone Case
  • Personalized Jewellery.
