We do not have return or refund policy.
The only exception is for personalized items, which includes
Personalized T-shirts, Personalized Phone Case and Personalized Jewellery.
To process an exchange, please follow these simple steps:

their original condition and packaging intact. Items that are damaged or
altered, may not be accepted.
If the product received is a damaged product during transit please Email us

the products with packaging to schedule a return pick up.
Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra
cost to you within 3-5 business days.
Please allow atleast 6-8 days for the entire return process to be completed.
You can exchange an item purchased on regium.in with the same item or another
one, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
